Returns & Refunds

We want you and your senior pup to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, email us at sweetoldpup@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item (and the packaging or label, if possible). Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

Orders under $40: if you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the item. No return is needed.
Orders of $40 or more: email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll review your request case by case. Where a return is needed, we'll send you the return instructions and address first. Please don't ship anything back to us without contacting us, because we can't process returns sent to an unconfirmed address.

Items should be unused, clean and free of pet hair or odors, except where they arrived damaged or defective. For hygiene reasons, used belly bands and used pee pads can't be returned for change-of-mind reasons, but they're still fully covered if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5â€“10 business days depending on your bank. Shipping is free, so there are no shipping fees to deduct.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Free shipping: Shipping is free on every order. It's already included in our prices.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1â€“3 business days (Mondayâ€“Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3â€“5 business days. In total, please allow about 4â€“8 business days from order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Multiple items: Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or late packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at sweetoldpup@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Sweet Old Pup at sweetoldpup.com (the "Store"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

1. Who we are

Sweet Old Pup is an online store offering comfort and mobility products for senior dogs. Our Store is hosted by Shopify. Products are fulfilled by our third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

4. Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, sizes and measurements may vary slightly. Please check the size details before ordering. Our products are comfort and convenience aids. They aren't medical devices and aren't a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog has a health or mobility condition, please talk to your vet, and always supervise your dog when they first use a new product.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Using the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store. That includes attempting fraud, interfering with its operation or copying its content without permission. The text, images and branding on the Store belong to us or our licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sweet Old Pup is based, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
